How do I issue store credit?

For plastic gift cards:

1. Open the Gift Cards app
2. Select Issue Store Credit
3. Select Plastic Gift Card
4. Enter the dollar amount value you want to load onto the gift card
5. Select Swipe Card and swipe the gift card.
6. Complete the checkout process
7. A receipt with all of the gift card information will print

For digital gift cards: (if applicable)

1. Open the Gift Cards app on your Clover device
2. Select Issue Store Credit
3. Select Digital Gift Card then Next
4. Enter the dollar amount value you want to load onto the gift card
5. Enter the mobile phone number or select the Use email instead button to send the gift card to an email address
6. Complete the checkout process
7. A receipt with all of the digital gift card information will print
