Log into your Clover Account and launch the Gift Cards app.
Reporting for gift cards ordered before 8/12/2018 will be available on the Legacy Gift Card tab in your Clover Dashboard. Enhanced reporting for gift cards ordered on or after 8/13/2018 will be available on the Reports tab.
Below is more information on the types of reports you will be able to pull through your Clover Dashboard:
Daily Transaction: Provides all financial activity at a location for a given day. This report will be available throughout the day so you can track transactions coming in or you can pull the report at the end of the day to see all your transactions.
Monthly Transaction: Provides all financial activity at a location for a given month. This report will be available one the first of each month for the previous month.
Daily Promo Detail: Provides all financial activity at a location for a given day including the card promotion used. This report is most useful if you have multiple promo personalities in circulation and want to see how a particular card group is performing. The definition of a promotion for this report is a particular grouping or attribute assigned to a card. For example, a promo can allow a card to be variable or set at a specific value.

Outstanding Balance (OBR): The Outstanding Balance report identifies the current outstanding balances or liability on all active Gift Cards with non-zero balances. Merchants can use the Outstanding Balance Report (OBR) to view remaining Gift Card funds for escheatment to state government or for handling breakage.
Please note, we email you monthly reports when you have gift card transactions during that time period. If you have multiple locations, we will send you a report for each location. The information in the report will correspond with that location’s gift card transactions.
